Nick deals with a wide range of property matters including high value acquisitions and disposals, complex overage arrangements and landlord and tenant matters. Nick’s experience is reflected in the range of specialist groups of which he is a member. As well as playing a prominent role in the firm’s mainstream commercial property groups, Nick is a member of the firm’s charities group and the small business group.

Claire trained with Field Seymour Parkes, qualifying as a solicitor into the employment group in October 2007. Claire advises on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters acting for both employers and employees, including advising employees on compromise agreements, drafting contracts of employment, directors’ service agreements and preparing tribunal claims. As part of the small business group and charities and not-for-profit organisations group, Claire has a particular interest in providing practical employment advice to small businesses and charities.

Sushil's first career was in the telecommunications industry in senior technical and marketing roles. Sushil then qualified as a solicitor in February 2000 with Colemans in Maidenhead. She has since then advised individuals and small to medium sized businesses on a range of legal matters including IP/IT, Company Commercial, Corporate and Commercial Property and became a partner in a London firm in 2004. Sushil joined Field Seymour Parkes in November 2007 and now deals with a wide range of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant and secured lending.
