A new Headquarters Building |
Acting in a major construction
project for the provision of new headquarters building for a government
agency in Wallingford, Oxfordshire. This included the pre-letting
agreement and lease, planning agreements, preparing and negotiating the
professional appointments, warranties, building contracts and other
related construction contracts. |

| A City Academy |
Acting as part of the team involved in the construction
of an independent state school for 1150 pupils in Northumberland Avenue
Reading. The school, which will provide excellent sports facilities, opened on 1 September 2006. Acting on behalf of the Academy and the
sponsor for this £20m scheme required the setting up of the charitable
trust, the acquisition of the development site, advising on planning
issues and negotiating the building contract and all related
construction contracts through a two stage tender process. |

A Rugby Club new stand |
Acting for a rugby football club in the sale to a major
house builder of land adjacent to the Stoop Memorial Ground Twickenham -
an enabling development to provide part funding for the recently
constructed Lexus Stand. |

A Restaurant and Microbrewery |
Acting as part of the team dealing with the planning,
pre-letting, building and co-ordination of an innovative design and
build scheme in Reading. |
