Hazel  Webb, Associate

 

Hazel trained with a national firm and subsequently worked as a wills and trust specialist. In 1994 Hazel joined the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice where she wrote, taught and led the Introductory Revenue Course, and the Probate, Solicitors’ Accounts and Private Client course. Hazel joined FSP in January 2005 and deals with all aspects of wills and trusts work. Hazel is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Christine  Moulden, Trust Manager

 

Christine was an Assistant Manager with NatWest Investments, running a section dealing with a large number of trusts and estates, before joining FSP in 1991. She holds the Chartered Institute of Bankers Trustee Diploma and is also a member of STEP. Christine is experienced in all aspects of probate and trust work and advises clients on inheritance tax planning and the preparation of wills, as well as offering elderly clients day to day assistance with their financial affairs through enduring powers of attorney.

Mandy  Clarke, Associate

 

Mandy qualified as a solicitor in 1991 after training with Reading firm Brain & Brain, where she remained until it amalgamated with FSP in 1997. Mandy deals with all aspects of probate, wills and tax work and also handles property matters arising during the administration of estates. Mandy is a member of STEP.

Pam  Regler, Legal Executive

 

Pam was admitted as a fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2003. Pam has been with FSP for four years having previously headed up a conveyancing team in central Reading. Pam brings her considerable experience as a property lawyer to the wills and probate team. She deals in particular with tax planning and with all property matters in the adminstration of estates.

Peter  Hutt, Consultant

 

Peter qualified as a Solicitor in 1969 and has specialised in personal injury, clinical negligence, building disputes, trust and charities law for the last 20 years. Peter is also a specialist in advising owners of residential care and nursing homes. Peter is a Notary Public, a Higher Court Advocate (Civil) and a member of the Personal Injury Panel and Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

Richard  Gilby, Consultant

 

Richard qualified in 1972 and has a general practice background with an emphasis on litigation and private client work. Richard now specialises in contentious matters including personal injury and has been involved in a number of high value personal injury cases. He was one of the first solicitors in this area to be involved in a case involving a structured settlement for a head injured client. Richard is on the Personal Injury Panel and is also a member of Headway, the National Head Injuries Association.

Robert  Watsham, Senior Partner

 

Robert has headed FSP’s wills, trusts and probate team since FSP was founded in 1987. He has practiced in Reading for the whole of his professional life, having qualified in 1967. He has specialised in probate and trusts law for the last twenty years and has substantial experience of estate planning and Court of Protection work. Robert is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
