Administration of estates |
Acting both as and for executors in connection with the
administration of estates including a large number of estates of over
£1m. Dealing with the calculation of inheritance tax, the collection in
of assets and the distribution of the estate following the grant of
representation. |

| Probate Applications |
Preparing and lodging applications for probate where
executors do not require a full administration service from us.
Including applications for several hundred grants of probate each year
for a national trust company. |

Court of Protection Receiverships |
Acting as receivers for a number of patients of the
Court of Protection including being appointed as panel receivers by the
Court and administering the affairs of a number of patients following
appointment by the court. |

Other Court Appointments |
Acting as administrators of estates following
appointment by the court including appointments to act as Administrators
pending suit where proceedings relating to estates are pending in the
Chancery Division. |
