Peter qualified as a Solicitor in 1969 and has specialised in personal injury, clinical negligence, building disputes, trust and charities law for the last 20 years. Peter is also a specialist in advising owners of residential care and nursing homes. Richard  Gilby, Consultant
Richard qualified in 1972 and has a general practice background with an emphasis on litigation and private client work. Richard now specialises in contentious matters including personal injury and has been involved in a number of high value personal injury cases. He was one of the first solicitors in this area to be involved in a case involving a structured settlement for a head injured client.
