Our corporate recovery and insolvency group advises on all aspects of company rescue, reconstruction and insolvency. The group is made up of lawyers focused on corporate recovery and insolvency matters, drawn from our corporate, commercial dispute resolution and property teams. This enables us to advise on both contentious and non-contentious matters. The group has extensive experience in corporate and personal insolvency, corporate re-financing and restructuring ranging from debt refinancing through to hostile winding–up proceedings on behalf of creditors.
