Dean  Bickford, Partner
Dean qualified in 1999 and became a partner at FSP in April 2007 having worked for Boodle Hatfield in London's West End. He has broad experience in all aspects of commercial property including acting for investors, developers, landlords and tenants. Bridget  Crossley, Partner
Bridget trained with Reading firm Brain & Brain where she became partner in overall charge of property work in 1986. Bridget became a partner of FSP in April 2003. She is experienced in many sectors of the property market and is accustomed to dealing with multi-million pound acquisitions and disposals. Ian  Wood-Smith, Partner
Ian joined FSP in 1987. He has considerable experience in advising companies and professionals on company and corporate issues. He acts on high value share acquisitions and disposals, as well as advising on the sale and purchase of businesses. Ian advises financial institutions on company law issues, including in relation to taking security. Jeremy  Parkes, Partner
Jeremy trained at FSP, becoming a Partner in 2000. He has a wide range of experience in advising on corporate issues, including acting on acquisitions and disposals, and advising on the taking and granting of security and on other legal aspects of corporate finance and banking. Jeremy has considerable experience in advising both companies and insolvency practitioners on corporate restructuring and insolvency issues. Keith  Whyman, Consultant
Keith trained with Reading firm Brain & Brain where he became a Partner in 1979. Keith’s experience has been predominantly in the commercial property field working closely with the corporate team on large commercial transactions involving substantial property portfolios. Kelsie  Essenhigh, Consultant
Kelsie trained with FSP and qualified in 1996. Kelsie is accustomed to dealing with general landlord and tenant transactions and acting for clients with large commercial property portfolios. Keslie has a particular interest in the property matters of agricultural clients, both rural landowners and farmers. Marcus  Francis, Partner
Marcus joined FSP as a trainee and became a partner in April 2007, having already worked for city firm Ashurst where he became familiar with working on substantial value property transactions. Marcus qualified in March 2003. He now acts for a number of London and Thames Valley based clients in connection with the acquisition, leasing and general management of commercial property. He also acts for a number of national and international property investors in the acquisition and financing of commercial and residential properties. Nick  Macintyre, Associate
Nick qualified as a solicitor in 1994, joining FSP in 2003 from a large central London practice where he specialised in commercial property transactions. Nick deals with a wide range of property matters including high value acquisitions and disposals, complex overage arrangements and landlord and tenant matters. Nick’s experience is reflected in the range of specialist groups of which he is a member. Philip  Seymour, Partner
Philip was one of the founding Partners of FSP in 1987. He qualified as a solicitor in 1972 and has worked in Reading throughout his professional career, developing a wide-ranging knowledge of the Reading business community. He has specialised in commercial property for many years and has considerable experience of land acquisitions, the property aspects of business acquisitions and landlord and tenant matters as they affect the commercial client. He is noted in Chambers Guide to the UK Legal Profession as a leader in the Real Estate sector. Preetika  Verma, Solicitor

Tina  Mistry, Solicitor
Tina qualified in September 2004 and joined FSP in June 2007. She has experience in dealing with business leases and acquisitions and disposals of commercial property. Julia  MacTear, Associate
Julia qualified in 1996 and subsequently worked in the Reading area for 5 years. She joined FSP in June 2004. Julia has significant experience of resolving commercial disputes both in the High Court and County Court. She has acted for a whole range of clients from small to medium sized local businesses to high profile public companies. Russell  May, Associate
Russell did his training at FSP qualifying in 2000. Russell deals with a broad range of contentious matters acting for companies and individuals. He specialises in property disputes and heads up the firm’s property dispute group. Russell deals with contested leasehold enfranchisement applications and acts in possession proceedings. Tim  Child, Associate
Tim qualified in 1993 and joined FSP in 1999. Tim handles a mix of work including contractual disputes, inter-company disputes, warranty claims, pension cases and construction disputes. Tim has a particular expertise in relation to commercial landlord and tenant matters. He also handles regulatory and disciplinary investigations. Sushil  Lever, Solicitor
Sushil's first career was in the telecommunications industry in senior technical and marketing roles. Sushil then qualified as a solicitor in February 2000 with Colemans in Maidenhead. She has since then advised individuals and small to medium sized businesses on a range of legal matters including IP/IT, Company Commercial, Corporate and Commercial Property and became a partner in a London firm in 2004.
