Acting for a traffic monitoring contractor, in particular advising on and negotiating its sub-contracts with local highways authorities under Design Build Fund and Operate (DBFO) contracts.

goods and services. This work includes advising on and negotiating
partnering contracts for a company offering personal security services
via the internet and drafting terms of business for internet companies

FSP has a substantial number of clients in the IT
industry and advises regularly on hardware sale agreements, software
licensing, support and maintenance contracts, consultancy agreements for
the provision of software solutions, escrow arrangements and other

Acting for a major direct mailing company and advising
on and negotiating a wide range of client and partnering contracts, many
of which involved data licensing and data protection issues. |

various bespoke client contracts as well as providing legal input when
the client is tendering for new work. |
