Setting up a charitable company limited by guarantee and adopting Memorandum and Articles in accordance with the City Academy Model suitably adapted. Subsequently applying for and successfully obtaining charitable status of this new charitable company within 2 weeks of applying for the same.
 

Advising a large trust company in an ongoing capacity on the setting up and administration of various charitable vehicles.
 

Advising a charity on the restructuring of its operations by the merger of two charitable entities into one entity. Advising on the transfer of the charitable operations following receipt of the Charity Commission consent and amending the enlarged charitable entities’ Memorandum and Articles of Association to better reflect its operation in practice and agreeing all such amendments and changes with the Charity Commission.
